This will be my last article for 220. It's been a real pleasure to share some of my thoughts and experiences over the past few years, but all good things must come to an end and I run the risk of repeating myself if I continue on for too long so it's time to hand over to someone new!
This month though, something a little different as I'd like to take some time to reflect. A lot happened in 2024, particularly with it being an Olympic year. As with every Games I have been to, the emotions attached are a mix of anxiety, excitement, awe and disbelief.
