IT'S been 14 years since her last chart hit but Alesha Dixon says she has rediscovered her love of performing.
The Britain's Got Talent judge took to the stage on last year's show to perform her song Ransom and says it made her feel at home.
She tells Women's Health: "It was like my two worlds met and I felt so alive, surrounded by everybody I know and love.
"And then I got to perform, which is my first love and it was just such a beautiful moment for me.
"I just thought, 'Oh my God, I've missed performing so much. And I did say to myself after that performance, 'Girl, you need to get back on stage more because that's what makes you feel alive."
The 46-year-old insists she still loves to party.
She says: "If the music's playing and I love the music, there's no shutting me up or sitting me down. Even at the age that I am now, I can out-dance and out-party a lot of people.
