5 HOW TO MAKE A HOMEMADE SCRUB

Take your marked wooden chopping boards and check they're thoroughly clean and dry before you start.

Place a small amount of rock salt on the first board (around a teaspoon-full) and, using the cut side of half a lemon, rub the salt slowly into the surface. Follow the grain of the wood where possible, but make sure you get into every nook and cranny, and don't forget to go around any cut-in handles.
