A few days ago, I had the privilege of participating in the 15th World Confluence of Humanity, Power, Adhe and Spirituality, graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Ram Nath Kovind, the 14th President of India. It was an extraordinary event where the worlds of science and spirituality beautifully converged to discuss the future of human well-being. The experience was humbling, and it gave me an opportunity to reflect on the critical role that precision health plays in ensuring the longevity and vitality of life.
The Intersection of Science and Spirituality
Science and spirituality have often been perceived as two separate domains, yet they share a profound connection when it comes to human well-being. Spirituality, with its emphasis on inner peace, purpose, and connectedness, complements the advancements of modern science, particularly in the realm of healthcare. When integrated, these two dimensions can revolutionize how we approach health and longevity.
At the confluence, it became evident that fostering a deeper understanding of this integration is key to addressing the complexities of modern health challenges. By merging the analytical rigor of science with the holistic wisdom of spirituality, we can create a future where healthcare is not just about curing disease but about nurturing a balanced and fulfilling life.
The Three Pillars of Health and Well-being In my talk, I highlighted something that I believe with every fiber of my being: the three pillars that form the foundation of good health and well-being. These pillars are essential for anyone aspiring to lead a long, healthy life. They are:
1. Preventive Health - The art of staying ahead of the curve.
2. Proactive Diagnostics - The awareness to catch what could go wrong, even before it does.

Of Benchmarks & Benefits
Banks use various benchmark rates to determine loan pricing. Initially, they had complete discretion over interest rates, leading to the adoption of the Prime Lending Rate (PLR).
