Blaise and Vaughan Roberts couldn't have been happier when they got the keys to their first home, a detached 1950s property in Bridgend. There was just one snag: the bathrooms.
'The main bathroom was not our style at all, plus there were carpets in the bathrooms that frankly gave me the ick and worst of all there was no bath – I'm such a bath girl!' laughs Blaise. The smaller en suite off the guest bedroom was equally uninspiring, so as far as Blaise and Vaughan were concerned, it was a no-brainer to revamp them.
